To begin using My Juneau Address you Must complete our web form or contact us by phone or email. We will only receive packages from customers who are setup in our system. If you send items to an incorrect address or we do not have your name in our system your items will be rejected and may be returned to sender.
Once you're setup and have received the mailing address you are welcome to begin having items mailed directly to us. We will notify you once we have received items for you.
Once we have your packages you will be notified and you can either come and collect them from our facility Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm.
Or we can deliver them to you, anywhere in Juneau at a specific time and date that suits you. Never wait around for a delivery window or miss a package again!
Unfortunately, due to massive demand for one time service and the growing cost of package storage we have removed our monthly account service. If you have an existing account that is active you are welcome to continue using it but we will not be accepting new accounts at this time.
